2 kg. Mutton
500 gm. Soaked broken wheat
500 gm. Soaked chana dal
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
(2tps) Ginger garlic chilli paste

Description
STEPS OF COOKING
1. In pressure cooker heat oil & stir fry onion for few minutes. Add meat, ginger, garlic, chilli paste, and Sigdiz Spicez Haleem Masala.
2. Boil on low heat until meat is tender.
3. Seprate meat & grind the wheat with blender. Add the meat and cook for low heat.
4. Heat oil & fry onion & chopped garlic until golden pour into the Haleem.
5. Garnish with fresh coriander & mint leaves.
6.NO SALT NEEDED
