Description
1. Take 1kg Chicken/Mutton with bone. Now add ginger garlic paste, curd, fried crushed onion and mix Sigdiz Korma Masala.
2. Marinate for 1 hour.
3. Heat oil in a pan and add marinated chicken/mutton. Stir well. Add some curd and fried potato. Cover the pan and cook. Add some water if required.
4. Serve with Parathas or Naan.
5. No Salt Needed.
