STEPS OF COOKING
1.TAKE 1KG CHICKEN AND MIX CURD , GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND SIGDIZ SPICEZ BUTTER CHICKEN MASALA. MARINATE FOR 1 HOUR
2.BOIL TOMETOES IN 1-2 CUPS OF WATER UNTILL SOFT AND TENDER. REMOVE SKIN AND KEEP PASTE ASIDE.
3.HEAT OIL IN A PAN AND ADD MERINATED CHICKEN .STIR WELL.COVER AND COOK. NOW ADD CREAM AND BUTTER AND COOK FOR 5 MORE MINTUES.
4.READY TO SERVE WITH JEERA RICE OR BUTTER NAAN.
5.NO SALT NEEDED
6.ADD FOOD COLOUR AS REQUIRED.
