1 kg. Mutton
500 gm. Toor dal

Tamato
Ginger garlic chilli paste
Mint
Coriander leaves

Description
STEPS OF COOKING
1. Soak Toor dal in water for 1-2 hours.
2. In a pressure cooker heat oil & stir fry onion for few minute. Add meat, tomato soaked dal ginger, garlic, chilli paste, Sigdiz Spicez Dal Masala & 4 cups of weater boil on low flame until the dal & meat is tender.
3. Heat the oil fry onion & chooped garlic.
4. Pour it over the cooker dal add fresh coriander & mint leaves.
5. Cover & cook on low flame for few minutes.
6. NO SALT NEEDED
